Terms of Service

Terms for using airapvideo, an AI rap music video generator and short video creation service: accounts, credits, billing, content rights and acceptable use.

Using airapvideo

airapvideo ("we", "us") operates ai-rap-video.me, an AI rap music video generation tool and short video creation service. By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

What the service does

airapvideo helps you turn photos into AI rap music videos and create short videos for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The available formats, durations, settings and credit costs are shown in the creation interface.

  1. Submit your materials. Upload the photos required by the selected workflow and, where available, add styling instructions. Only submit materials you have the right to use.
  2. Generate your video. We process your materials with AI service providers to create the scene and rap performance. Review the credit cost before starting. Processing time varies with the selected options and provider availability.
  3. Review and download. Access completed videos in My videos and download the available file. Check faces, movements, audio and other details before publishing.

AI output varies, and we do not guarantee that a generation will match your expectations. Features that are not offered in the creation interface, such as uploading your own music or generating original lyrics, are not included in the current service.

Accounts

Keep your login secure and tell us promptly at support@ai-rap-video.me if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain extra sign-up credits or promotional bonuses.

Credits, billing and payments

  • Credits. Generating a video consumes credits from your balance. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are only usable on airapvideo. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open.
  • One-time packs. A credit pack is a single payment for a fixed number of credits.
  • Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout and add the plan's credits each billing period until you cancel.
  • Promotional credits. Sign-up credits, first-order bonus credits and other promotional credits are free, may carry their own conditions and are never refundable.
  • Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor or merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Failed generations. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to request this.
  • One-time packs. You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once any of a pack's credits have been used, that purchase is non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and any remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods. A renewal charge may be refunded if you request it within 60 days of the renewal date and have not used any credits added by that renewal.
  • How to request a refund. Email support@ai-rap-video.me from your account email with the order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
  • Exceptions. Purchases on accounts suspended or terminated for violating these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable consumer law.

Your content

Upload photos and other materials only when you have the necessary rights and the permission of every person pictured. You must also have permission for any music, lyrics, recordings, voices, artwork or other protected material you submit or add to a finished video. You keep the rights you already hold in your photos. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photos, notes and generated videos only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI processing and storage providers. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use and share the videos you generate. Using airapvideo does not grant rights to third-party songs, recordings, artist identities or brands, including for commercial use. When you share a result, identify it as AI-generated.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors, no sexual or intimate content of any kind, no deepfakes of people who have not consented, no impersonation, harassment or illegal content, and no attempts to bypass our safety systems. We screen styling notes before generation and may refuse any request.

Violations and account actions

If we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may, depending on the severity of the violation:

  • refuse or cancel a generation, and remove the content involved;
  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily suspend your account or its ability to generate;
  • permanently terminate your account and block new accounts created to evade enforcement;
  • withhold or forfeit remaining credits, without refund, for serious or repeated violations;
  • report content and account information to law enforcement or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate.

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors results in immediate permanent termination and a report to the relevant authorities. Credits used on content that is refused or removed for a policy violation are not returned. A chargeback or payment reversal on a purchase you made may lead to suspension until it is resolved. If you believe we acted in error, email support@ai-rap-video.me within 30 days and we will review the decision.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms; the revision date appears above. Material changes apply from the date they are posted, and continued use after that date means you accept them.
