How to Make an AI Rap Video from Two Photos
A step-by-step guide to turning two photos into a lip-synced AI rap video: choosing photos, picking the shot and length, and getting a clean result.
An AI rap video puts two real people on one stage and makes them rap together, with mouth shapes, head nods and hand moves that land on the beat. You don't film anything. You bring two photos, and the generator does the rest. Here is the full process, start to finish.
1. Pick two clear photos
Choose one photo of each person. The best source photos are sharp, front-facing and evenly lit, with the whole face visible. Waist-up or full-body shots work well because the outfits carry into the final video.
The two photos don't need to come from the same place or day. Friends in different cities, a couple's separate selfies or two family portraits all work, since each person is placed on the stage on their own.
2. Decide who leads
The left side leads the verse and the right side hypes. Put the more outgoing person on the left if you want the clip to feel natural, or swap them for a funny twist.
3. Choose the shot and the length
You have two framing options:
- Knees up: closer, more focus on faces and lip sync. A good default.
- Full body: shows outfits and shoes, better when the look matters.
Then pick 8 seconds for a single punchy verse, or 15 seconds for a longer back-and-forth between the two rappers. The credit cost for each length is shown before you start.
4. Add a style note (optional)
You can add one short detail, such as "matching gold chains" or "both in sunglasses". Keep it to a single idea so the main performance stays clean, and keep faces visible.
5. Create and wait a few minutes
Press Create. First you see the stage shot: both people composed into one vertical 9:16 frame. Then the motion model transfers a recorded rap performance onto that frame, including the audio, so the lip sync and the beat line up. Most videos finish in about three to five minutes, and you can close the tab while it renders. The finished file is saved in My videos.
6. Download and post
Download the MP4 and post it straight to TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. Label it as AI-generated when you share it, and only use photos of people who agreed to be in the video.
If something looks off
If a face drifts or the two people look mismatched, the fix is usually a better photo, not more instructions. Try a sharper, front-facing picture with similar framing to the other one. If a render fails completely, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
